Obligats a estimar?

Bé, disculpeu... no m'agrada posar gaires entrades polítiques perquè crec que el 99,9% dels que visiteu aquest bloc ho feu pels dibuixos... Però mai m'he amagat de les meves tendències polítiques i no me'n puc estar de fer un comentari dedicat a la consulta popular d'Arenys de Munt.
Recapitulem:

1. una associació (privada) del poble d'Arenys de Munt convoca una consulta popular pel dia 13 de setembre sobre si els habitants del poble volen la independència de Catalunya o no.
2. la consulta, que no referèndum, no és ni vinculant ni té cap mena de valor jurídic ni administratiu. És purament consultiu i no tindrà cap efecte, tret de saber l'opinió del poble.
3. l'Ajuntament aprova una moció a favor de la consulta.
4. la Falange (partit extra-parlamentari i feixista) convoca una manifestació al poble d'Arenys de Munt el mateix dia de la consulta.
5. la Conselleria d'Interior permet la manifestació, tot i que més tard rectifica i la posposa una setmana. No li prohibeix el dret a manifestar-se (cosa que ells sí farien), però no el mateix dia de la consulta. A més, s'ha de dir que la Falange no té cap mena de representació política ni associativa a Arenys de Munt.
6. l'Estat Espanyol presenta una denúncia per impedir la consulta independentista.
7. la jutgessa prohibeix provisionalment a l'Ajuntament la consulta. Però com que aquesta prové d'una entitat privada, només pot prohibir a l'Ajuntament donar-li cap mena de suport (els cedia un local municipal).
8. De la Vega, la vice-presidenta del govern espanyol, fa unes declaracions on dóna suport a la prohibició, ja que la "ni l'autodeterminació ni la independència no tenen cabuda a la Constitució". Afirma que va ser l'executiu espanyol qui va instar a l'advocat de l'Estat a actuar en aquest afer.
9. els organitzadors de la consulta reben desenes d'ofertes de locals privats per fer la consulta.
10. la jutgessa prohibeix definitivament que l'Ajuntament es relacioni de cap manera amb la consulta popular. Alhora, es dóna permís a la Falange perquè es manifesti a Arenys de Munt el mateix dia de la consulta.
    
11. l'advocat Jorge Buxadé (que representa l'Estat Espanyol) resulta que és un ex-membre de la Falange.

No sé pas quin resultat tindrà la consulta. Potser ni es podrà fer...? Tot això per una consulta popular i democràtica d'un poble d'uns 8.000 habitants... La veritat, només em va al cap una pregunta que vull fer als que se senten espanyols i creuen que Catalunya no ha de ser independent d'Espanya: què passa quan algú intenta obligar-te, per força, a estimar-lo?

1. una asociación (privada) del pueblo de Arenys de Munt convoca una consulta popular para el día 13 de septiembre sobre si los habitantes del pueblo quieren al independencia de Catalunya o no.
2. la consulta, que no referéndum, no es ni vinculante ni tiene ningún tipo de valor jurídico ni administrativo. Es puramente consultivo y no tendrá ningún efecto, excepto saber la opinión del pueblo.
3. el Ayuntamiento aprueba una moción a favor de la consulta.

5. la Conselleria de Interior permite la manifestación, aunque más tarde rectifica y la pospone una semana. No les prohíbe el derecho a manifestarse (cosa que ellos sí harían), pero no el mismo día de la consulta. Además, hay que decir que la Falange no tiene ningún tipo de representación política ni asociativa en Arenys de Munt.
6. el Estado Español presenta una denuncia para impedir la consulta independentista.
7. la jueza prohíbe provisionalmente al Ayuntamiento la consulta. Pero como ésta proviene de una entidad privada, sólo puede prohibir al Ayuntamiento no darle ningún tipo de apoyo (les cedía un local municipal).
8. De la Vega, la vicepresidenta del gobierno español, hace unas declaraciones donde apoya la prohibición, ya que la "ni la autodeterminación ni la independencia tienen cabida en la Constitución". Afirma que fue el ejecutivo español a quien instó al abogado del Estado a actuar en este asunto.
9. los organizadores de la consulta reciben decenas de ofertas de locales privados para hacer la consulta.
10. la jueza prohíbe definitivamente que el Ayuntamiento se relacione de ninguna manera con la consulta popular. Al mismo tiempo, se da permiso a la Falange para que se manifieste en Arenys de Munt el mismo día de la consulta.
11. el abogado Jorge Buxadé (que representa el Estado Español) resulta de que es un ex-miembro de la Falange.

No sé en absoluto qué resultado tendrá la consulta. Quizás ni se podrá hacer...? Todo esto por una consulta popular y democrática de un pueblo de unos 8.000 habitantes ... La verdad, sólo me viene a la cabeza una pregunta que le quiero hacer a los que se sienten españoles y creen que Catalunya no tiene que ser independiente de España: ¿qué pasa cuando alguien intenta hacerse amar a la fuerza?

But I have never hidden my political tendencies and I can not restrain myself from making a comment about the popular consultation in Arenys de Munt.
Let’s recapitulate:

1. an association (private) from the village of Arenys de Munt summons a popular consultation for the 13th of September about if the inhabitants of the village want to the independence of Catalonia or not.
2. the consultation, which is not a referendum, it is not binding not even and it has no juridical nor administrative value. It is purely consultative and will not have any effect, except for knowing the opinion of the people in the village.
3. the Town Council approves a motion in favor of the consultation.
4. the Falange (an extra-parliamentary and fascist formation) summons a demonstration in the village of Arenys de Munt the same day of the consultation.
5. the Catalan Ministry of interior affaires allows the demonstration, even though later it rectifies and puts it off one week. It does not forbid the right to manifestation (which they would indeed do), but not the same day of the consultation. Moreover, it has to be said that the Falange does not have any political nor associative kind of representation in Arenys de Munt.
6. the Spanish State shows|presents a complaint|denunciation for blocking the secessionist consultation|consulting|surgery.
7. the judge provisionally forbids the consultation to the Town Council. But as this comes from a private entity, she can only forbid the Town Council to give any kind of support to it (the Town Council yielded some municipal premises).
8. De the Vega, the vice-president of the Spanish government, declares that she backs up the prohibition. She claims that " both the self-determination and the independence have place in the Constitution". She affirms that it was the Spanish executive that one who urged the public prosecutor to act in this affair.
9. the organizers of the consultation receive many offers of private premises for making the consultation there.
10. the judge forbids definitively that the Town Council correlates in no way with the popular consultation. At the same time, she gives permission to the Falange so that they can manifeste in Arenys de Munt the same day of the consultation.
11. the lawyer Jorge Buxadé (who represents the Spanish State) turns out to be an ex-member of the Falange.

I do not know which result will have the consultation. Perhaps it will not even take place...? Nevertheless, all this because of a democratic consultation in a village of about 8.000 inhabitants... To tell the truth, a question comes to my mind which I’d like to ask to those who feel Spaniards and believe that Catalonia does not have to be independent of Spain: what happens when somebody tries to make to love him/her by force?
