Els millors professors europeus
Sortint de la temàtica general d'aquest bloc, no puc estar-me de comentar una cosa que m'impressiona positivament. Es tracta de la gran quantitat de músics catalans que estan sortint els darrers anys. En el meu panteó musical propi, a dalt de tot hi ha en Sisa i en Quimi Portet, un déu intergalàctic i el seu hereu a la terra (amb gust de cigrons).
En aquests darrers temps, he descobert en Roger Mas, en Sanjosex, en Mazoni, le Petit Ramon... els grans Gruixut's ...! Una mica de tot.
L'última descoberta del Myspace (gran invent per escoltar nova gent i xafadejar pels links) és Manel. No sóc crític musical, però en la meva humil opinió, tota aquesta gent no té res a envejar a ningú. És un moment dolç pels nous i no tant nous músics catalans? És una moda? Hi ha prou mercat perquè sobrevisquin? Ni idea.
Però ara són aquí, i es fan sentir.

Saliendome de la temática general de este blog, no puedo evitar comentar una cosa que me impresiona positivamente. En mi panteón musical propio, arriba de todo está Sisa y Quimi Portet, un dios intergaláctico y su heredero a la tierra (con gusto de garbanzos). En estos últimos tiempos, he descubierto Roger Mas, Sanjosex, Mazoni, Petit Ramon... los grandes Gruixut's ...!
Un poco de todo. La última descubierta del Myspace (gran invento para escuchar nueva gente y chafardear por los links) es Manel. No soy crítico musical, pero en mi humilde opinión, toda esta gente no tiene nada a envidiar a nadie. Es un momento dulce por los nuevos y no tan nuevos músicos catalanes? Es una moda? Hay el suficiente mercado para que sobrevivan? Ni idea.
Pero ahora están aquí, y se hacen escuchar.

Leaving slightly aside the general thematic of this blog, I cannot avoid to comment one thing that impresses me positively. It is the great quantity of Catalan musicians who keep appearing off late. In my own musical pantheon, I place Sisa and Quimi Portet, an intergalactic god and his heir in earth (with chick-peas taste). During these last years, I have discovered Roger Mas, Sanjosex, Mazoni, Petit Ramon... the big Gruixut's...! A little of everything.
The last discovery in Myspace (big invention to listen the new people and snoop around the links) is Manel. I am not a musical critic, but in my humble opinion, all these people do not have anything to envy to anybody. Is it a sweet moment for new and not so new Catalan musicians? Is it a fashion? Is there enough market so that they can survive? I have no idea.
But now they are here, and they don't go unnoticed nor unheard!
